1.General

The water well Drilling rig modelTT5270TJSPC-600 (Fig.1) is a truck mounted rig, with all its components  (Including Diesel, gear box, transmission box, rotary table, hoist, dual hydraulic cylinder -feed mechanism of steel cable, mast, mud pump. Etc) are mounted on the “ STEYR ” brand truck (Fig.1). The drilling rig is mainly mechanical driven. Most of the operating mechanism is hydraulic driven and the other part is mechanical driven.

In addition to the main operating mode of rotary drilling by rotary table and mud. The drilling rig can be adapted other drilling if it is equipped drilling tool that is suitable for drilling through various strata such as clay, sand and matrix etc. At the beginning of boring, pressuring mechanism may be used for drill tool to effect pressuring drilling, thus promoting the efficiency of shallow -hole drilling. With the increased depth, when the weight of the drill tool is greater than the pressure required applying to the drill tool, the main hoisting system should be used to carry out reduced pressure drilling.

The drilling rig is equipped with a main hoist, a secondary hoist and a tool hoist. The main hoist is used for lifting or lowering of the drill tool, lowering of the well pipe. The secondary hoist is used for driving percussive earth excavator or other coring tool and sand reel to extract sands sample or core and silt in the well. The tool hoist is used for elevating the movable table and other tools to reduce physical labor.

This instruction describes in detail the drilling rig itself only. The reference should be made to the respective instruction about its mated mud pump and “STEYR” truck.

2.Main characteristics and Applications

This drilling rig features in best maneuver ability, compact construction, high integrity, economical transportation, simple operation, reliable transmission, etc. Other applications as follow:

1.It is equipped with the breakout-gun cylinder. After loosening the first turn of thread of the lock joint with the aid of breakout-gun cylinder, the drill pipe can be rotated in counter-clockwise direction by rotary table to reduce greatly the labor intensity and prolong service life of the component parts.

2.The drilling rig is equipped a mud pump of changing- cylinder for construction.

3.The drilling rig is equipped four jacks to reduce physical labor and improved installation efficiency.

4.To upgrade the versatility in application, standard parts and components.

The drilling rig may be used for drilling in quaternary period stratum and matrix. Main applications are as follows:

(1)  Exploration and investigation of hydro-geological condition.

(2)  Water well drilling for agriculture irrigation, industry and national defense.

(3)  Ventilation of underground tunnel. It can also be used selectively in building engineering.
